I have recently found that people ROCK!...no, seriously, they do.
However, I've also come to find out that no matter how impressive
people  of  the varying races are, they seem very unwilling to date
each other (And for some odd reason, I seem to be the only person
who cares about this topic). And I wonder WHY?! It's 2012!
*shakes head.*

Actually, I can answer that myself: I don't think this lack of color
blending necessarily means that people are racist; people are just
afraid to step into the "unknown." And, you know what? I can
understand that to some degree, but, truth be told, we step into the
unknown every single day...some more than others, i.e. sky diving,
ghost hunting, and wrestling with the crocodiles of the Australian
outback. So, color blending isn't that much more difficult. The best
part is that even if you're afraid of "charting out unexplored terrority,"
your prospective partner is in the same situation, so you are not alone.
